We pride ourselves on creating products made with care. Due to the nature of personal care items, all sales are final.

However, we gladly offer store credit or replacements for:

Damaged items during transit

Incorrect items received

To qualify, please:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos or video proof of damage
  3. Include your order number and contact information

  • If an order is returned due to address errors, reshipping fees apply.

• If you prefer to cancel instead, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If a package is refused due to customs charges:

  • You will be refunded product cost only, minus a 10% restocking fee

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
