Damaged or Incorrect Items
While all products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping, we understand that issues may occur during transit. We offer store credit or replacements only under the following conditions:

If your product was damaged during shipping, or

If you received the wrong item.

Please include clear proof of damage (such as photos) in your message. Claims made after 48 hours may not be honored.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee.

If you choose to cancel the order instead of reshipping, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Customs Refusal (International Orders)
If you reject your package at delivery due to customs fees, the package will be returned to us. In this case, you will be refunded only the cost of the products, excluding:

Original shipping fees, and
-
A 10% restocking fee.
Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
Once your package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier to the shipping address provided, OrgAnnick is no longer responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen items.
It is the customer's responsibility to track the package once the tracking number is issued.
